Any Workshops That Specialises in Interior Trim?

Hi! I am planning for an overhaul of my interior trim of my 318is (Its in very bad shape and I have remove most of the stuff in an atempt to save weight). Now my family is complaining and I have to put them back liao.

Now, the trouble is that Guni no longer has stock for the trims. Thus the only way is to get a workshop to settle the trim for me (either source for parts oversea or whatever means to get it).

Is there any workshop that specialise in doing interior trim overhaul?

Thanks!!

8 Cushion in Bukit Merah, behind Alexandra Village.

Go check out their website for credentials (google it), and also do a search in this forum for testimonials.

Re: Any Workshops That Specialises in Interior Trim?

does 8 cushion do color respray of interior panels?

coz i think it is not advisable to rewrap the interior (fitment would be out due to extra layer and bubbles over time in the sun?)

Re: Any Workshops That Specialises in Interior Trim?

no, they don't. only re-upholstery...

extra layer? bubbles, in the sun? of course they will strip out the existing layer before installing the new one.

some of us have done it and are very happy with the results. looks even better than new (cos you can choose colours and materials).

Apologies,I was not clear - for plastic interior panels (like those in the e30 i am driving), its only respray or replace with used ones....

Re: Any Workshops That Specialises in Interior Trim?

can't remember how the interior of the e30 looks like (i used to drive one about 10 years ago).

no harm paying them a visit. have seen some really old cars being refurbished in the shop. they may have a solution for you.
