BBS Rims

Hello there.

Does anyone know if any shop here carries the BBS RS-GT rims? Also what would the pricing be around. I am looking at the 19" ones.

when i was in US, i got my BBS 19" rims for around S$4k, shouldn't be that different from what you have to pay in Singapore, i think

Got quote US$3k for a set of BBS RS-GT but shipping is probably going to kill me.

hmm.. 3k for brand new i hope! where are you purchasing from in US? if you dun mind telling me, might have heard of them. i got mine at a deal hence the lower price. shipping will definitely be expensive esp for 19" rims, unless you do sea mail, but not sure if the seller would bother with that. if they send by fedex, it will get really pricey.

This type of wheels are on special indent
Was at South East tires recently and the guy told me so

If u really like, just source it....get as many quotes as u can from various tire shops here and compare

And i just checked, i was quoted USD3800 not USD3000 and that is excluding S&H!!!

is that excluding tires? that is kinda pricey!!! are you buying it from a shop or from an individual?

if it is excluding tires, you will be paying quite a bit to get the rims here and purchase tires for them. 19" tires arent cheap either.

That i from a shop. I think however if i purchase the rims locally it should be much cheaper. I was thinking around SGD6k with tires.

You guys reckon Stamford Tyres would have them? I see on their site they're a distributor for BBS.

HungryM3: Is the M3 in your sig yours? It looks smoking HOT.

TripleM: What are the next set of rims for you? HRE? DPE? Hehehe. Can't wait to see your car again.

Tho Stamford tires distributes BBS, they dont carry higher end BBS range such as RGR or RS-GT, let alone the magnesium rims. However, they can bring in for you. If u get the rims via sea freight then it's alot cheaper but the waiting time is long..

No more rims for me, all done......unless you want to sponsor me , then I've one type in my mind already..swee?

yep that is mine... thanks!!! do you have a picture of your car?

sea mail would def be cheaper but as TripleM stated it will take a while. I believe sea mail, when i shipped stuff to Singapore took about 2-3 weeks.. but cost is definitely cheaper, i would take sea mail if you really decide to purchase from this store. check around, i think in US you might be able to fnd stores that sell it cheaper. which store did you get the quote from?

Haha yeap i saw their website and didn't see the higher end BBS range tho.

I don't mind waiting but i think for the rims i'll wait till the car is here then order. ETA of the car is sep~nov but until now still no news or the car.

HOWEVER, i've already got some mods at my house waiting for the arrival of the car and more on it's way.

Got the quote from RPM Revolution/Vakharia INC (just changed name).

I don't mind waiting if it could save me a few hundred bucks heh.

And what we have now is a 2002 STOCK Imola Red M3, lost all pics when i formatted and forgot to save. The new Alpine White M3 which is coming in a couple of months will be extremely modified tho. Can't wait.
