Blown bulb (1st click) on E90 LCI

Anyone can help to advise how much to replace the blown bulb (is it called bulb or Angel Eyes) on my E90 LCI?
I am referring to the first click when you turn on your headlight. 2nd click lighting still working.

How much to get it changed at PML and aftermarket?
My E90 is coming to 2 years old (brand new when brought), does the bulb under warranty?

Appreciate any advice.

hi ginger3,

depending on your headlight set, whether is it a halogen or xenon, the type of bulb and cost will vary.

for halogen headlight set (we are talking abt oem bulb replacement), u will need the one with the holder, that will cost around 40+ bucks/side.

for xenon headlight set, (again, we are talking abt oem bulb replacement), u will need the h8 bulb, cost abt 20-30 bucks/side.

most ppl would change both sides so that the rings on both headlights would be even so that would be 2 x the above-mentioned oem bulb costs + labour (varies from workshop to workshop)

pls note that the above-mentioned oem bulb costs are rough estimates of Eng Soon and most workshops, PML charges would be likely to be higher. so its best that you enquire on the costs before committing, especially the labour charges.

alternatively, u can check out our Bimshop AE LED markers for E90lci:

Non-h8 AE LED markers - Xmas promo $180.00 (usual $200/set), do not include installation as its more harder to do so, would require workshop

H8 AE LED markers Type B - Xmas promo $280.00 (usual $300/set), foc installation.

at the end of the day, it depends on the individual, your budget, your light preference etc.
so do feel free to ask around and find something that suits u.
