blurred patch in paintwork of new car

dear bro,

i just got my car for one week notice theres a blurred patch on my sapphire black paint near my sunroof. anyway to solve it. issit cause by some wax leftover? also do you guys go for sealant protection once you get your car as i was thinking whether i need if i gonna sign for the bmw exterior package. any advise for me?
