Are you referring to the F10 523i from PI? I viewed both the 2.5 and 3.0 before buying mine (2.5), it seems the 3.0 has lower specs than the 2.5 (e.g. 3.0 has no memory seats and the seat adjustment is semi-auto). I was told the 3.0 has higher bhp but lower torque and I believe the omv is lower too. But the front headlight of the 3.0 looks different, it has additional clear protuding plastic pieces around the turn indicators vs the otherwise flat look of the 2.5.

Hope this helps.

Never bother to read their review...but since I read it, I would agree somewhat on the reliability after owning 3 generation of BMWs..Guess Conti cars are not so reliable compared to Jap/Korean makes. Got problem with my previous Saab too but but Jap car never give me problem,,in fact sometimes it become too boring owning a Jap car...

If you are considering the 523 (3L version), it may make more sense to go for the 528 (which was what I was hoping PML would bring in). The increase in price over the 523 (2.5L or 3.0L versions) is incremental but the performance is closer to the 535 (with 6.7s (528) vs 6.1s (535) for the 0-100km/h sprint compared to 8+ for the 523).
