BMW F80 M3 just installed BMW MPerformance Height Adjustable Springs (HAS).
Improvements
1. Better Stance
2. Handling
3. Less body roll
4. Better ride comfort
I think most of the M3/4 driver will definitely feel the rear sort of slamming down when u are coming down the hump. After changing, that feel is minimised. And you probably have better confidence attack corners & bend!

BMW F80 M3 Competition. A very close friend of us. Managed to convince him to get this set up!
1. MPerformance Height Adjustment Springs (H.A.S)
2. Carbon Fibre Side Skirt Add-On
3. ID6 interface with Apple Carplay
Of all the set up i tested, MPerformance HAS with Competition Shock Absorbers have the most ideal feel for a daily with spirited driving.
The car felt totally different from the stock setup, it rolls lesser, handles the bumps so much better. The front of the car no longer feel floaty during hard acceleration, in fact it feels very planted even during high speed.
The rear doesn't feel like its crashing down when the rear is coming down from humps. The rear also felt so much tighter after the springs went in.
