Re: Buying a new bmw?

Which model are you really considering? It will be near impossible to walk through every model of beemer here.

But Louise is right, the best is to call PML and go down for a look.

Re: Buying a new bmw?

dude..... maybe visit PML's website first :www.pml.com.sg and see which models you are interested in.... then look at engine capacity...... and of course, budget.....

It seems that you don't know what you want..... why not visit PML over the weekend.......

As I mentioned, best is to go see the cars and decide what's within your budget......

As for the monthly payment, isn't that dependent on how much you put as downpayment???? OK, here's an idea, a new 3 (320) series start at about $130k up to the mighty 760Li which cost approx. $560k...... so everything else is inbetween....... M5 cost about $450k and the M6 retails at $507k....... You can get better deals pending on loan amount and length of loan....... It is really up to your budget and what you are comfortable with as downpayment and monthly repayment.......

On top of the basic car price, you can also add accessories such as Active Steering, i-Drive, Comfort Seats, HID, Body Kits, Steering Wheel, Rims, HUD, Dynamic Drive, MoonRoof, adaptive lights, SMG, GPS etc.... the list goes on..... just depends on which model you eventually decide on....... so you see, how can any of us advise you if you don't even know what you are looking at buying........

As for the "ask but never buy" thing, its their loss. PML has many many SEs...... I think over 50 spread across the three showrooms.... If you need help, PM me...... I'm sure many others can also suggest their SEs......

I made four trips down to the showroom before deciding on my ride....... so don't be ashamed to get your hands dirty.......

Hope this helps......

Re: Buying a new bmw?

a 320i is a small executive car and a 523i is a mid executive car.

different engine capacity and yes price!

monthly repayment??.....it comes down again on how much is your d/p and loan term.

Re: Buying a new bmw?

3 series = "small" saloon;
5 series = "mid-size" saloon
7 series = "big" saloon

Re: Buying a new bmw?

3 series - 130k to 180k (sedan)

5 series - 160k to 200k (non M)

6 series - 250k - god knows how much

7 series - 250k - ???
