Buying a used bmw 520i xl 2009 soon

Planning for the above and still not sign the deal yet as shortlisted few units but struggling to make the the decision as choose with among the number of tansfers and mileage and whether warranty period given or not from the different car dealers.

Would like to hear some opinions from the brothers here in terms of cost and problems and TV for the 520i model.

The depreciation is very reasonable here as only 8k per year only with mileage range from 145k to 179k km. Test drive done but feel the acceleration a bit slag and slow as compared to my current Volvo s60.
