can a dent be knocked back?

i hit a pillar on my rear bumper today when u was parking.. (its dumb i know).. its about 1mm deep...very small..can they knock it back frm the inside? my ride is an E60.. anyone knows how much it might cost me?

yes go to star auto, around 200 plus paint . some mother fucker keyed my body panel. i think it the cleaner around my place. so send to star auto 2 days job.

hm..its actually the plastic part..heard that plastic cant be knocked back...

Doubtful on non-steel parts, due to their non-malleable nature. No harm checking with Lye Design.

i asked PML about the dent on my plastic part...they say can put putty over it and respray.. but they want to charge me 800bucks..and im not dumb enough to go there.. LOL... maybe going to yew lip to do it... im glad it can be repaired
