Cant start my E60 2007 non LCi

Try to start my engine using the push /start button, no clank sound but able to hear some slight sizzling sound. Check my battery voltage. It shows 12v. i have lights, aircon, horn working.
Nothing shown on the status msg.
Push the start/stop switch 2nd time, it has a msg showing "iginition is on".

What is happening to my car? Can any bro advise before i need call for a tow truck and tow to workshop?
Just wonder could it be starter prob?

Possibly the IBS (intelligent battery system) had developed a fault and needs to be replaced

I recycle my gear a few times.
Did check that the gear is in park mode before i hit the push/start button.
