Car scratched while being serviced at PML

My car was scratched while being serviced at PML recently. Looks like it scrapped against something while being driven around. The service consultant remained silent till I pointed it out.

Anyone had such an encounter before and what recourse was sought against PML?

it happened to me too but quite loooooooooooooong time ago (Kg Arang).....
Drove home then i saw rear bumper got scratch so sent back next day...
No question asked: PML gave me a loan car while they sent my car for a re-sprayed of my rear bumper...

Before they took over the car for servicing they have to inspect the car and mark on the worksheet any scratches, etc.

heard of cases before
don't blame the SC (may be svc technician nvr report.
just inform them and see what can they help you.
every body make mistake, at least admit and fix the problem

Some respray lousy, especially if they do partial Spray to save cost

Which PML branch did you do your servicing at? Was it at Kampung Arang?
