Arrival and Briefing
1. All drivers MUST arrive at RJC by 830AM. Briefing will start at 830AM. (RJC location map attached)
2. There is only one main entrance into RJC, temperature will be taken at the guardhouse.
3. Parking wardens will guide you where to park and where to gather for briefing.
4. During briefing, drivers and students will be grouped into teams. We are expecting 50 to 60 teams, each team will bring 2 to 3 students and each team will visit 3 households. As such, all of you will not be in the same team..
5. You will be given a sticker to stick on your shirt, please do so, this is to allow the committee members to identify you when you arrive Boon Lay CC.
Convoy Details
6. Two convoys will be formed, each convoy has 20 cars. I need 2 leaders, 2 middle cars and 2 sweepers. Please volunteer if you think you can do it, and you must be able to do it, familiar with the roads. Else I will pick myself from the list.
7. Convoy will leave at 930AM from RJC and expect to reach Block 207 Boon Lay Place at 1015AM. All other volunteers who wish to meet us at Boon Lay instead, please reach there by 1015AM. We will park at the multi storey carpark right next to Block 207, the meeting point is at the CC located at Block 207.
8. Parking at the multi storey carpark is free on Sunday, just have to look out for white lots.
9. Those who has walkie talkie, please remember to bring, I will provide battery for the walkies.
10. NO fast and furious driving, once the students step into your cars, they are your responsibilities, please take good care of them.
Collection of foods and goodie bags
11. Proceed to the CC at Block 207, there is a collection booth and another round of briefing. You will see our dear fellow member Ben aka Bmer at the booth. He will give you a bottle of mineral water, not beer ok.. haha..
12. Some households are within walking distance, some are not. I will let the drivers decide whether you want to walk or drive there. Whether you want to carry all goodie bags with you and do it at one go, or come back for another round. All up to the drivers to decide and tell the students what to do.
13. If you face a situation that no one is at home, move on. You can choose to go back again after visiting another household or bring the goodie bags back to the collection booth.
14. After all the visits, please proceed back to the CC. Lunch will be provided for all the volunteers and we will do the debrief. We expect the event to end somewhere around 3pm. Students will go back by themselves.
Things to take note
15. Dress code is white top and any bottom. You can wear berm if u want.
16. Empty your car boot to put foods and goodie bags if u plan to drive to the blocks.
17. Media will be around, if a camera happens to shoot at you, just give them a warm smile.
18. Lastly, this event is called “Bring A Hope”, organized by a group of volunteers to show some care and concern to the less fortunate people living in Boon Lay Constituency.

Arrival and Briefing
1. All drivers MUST arrive at RJC by 830AM. Briefing will start at 830AM. (RJC location map attached)
2. There is only one main entrance into RJC, temperature will be taken at the guardhouse.
3. Parking wardens will guide you where to park and where to gather for briefing.
4. During briefing, drivers and students will be grouped into teams. We are expecting 50 to 60 teams, each team will bring 2 to 3 students and each team will visit 3 households. As such, all of you will not be in the same team..
5. You will be given a sticker to stick on your shirt, please do so, this is to allow the committee members to identify you when you arrive Boon Lay CC.
Convoy Details
6. Two convoys will be formed, each convoy has 20 cars. (Sweeper: Gadaffi, kenntona, Leader: j8833t, BMWF1, Middle cars - adsnx, slk69, Photographers: Herman?? Gavin??)
7. Convoy will leave at 930AM from RJC and expect to reach Boon lay CC at Boon Lay Place at 1015AM. We will park at the multi storey carpark right next to CC.
8. Parking at the multi storey carpark is free on Sunday, just have to look out for white lots.
9. Those who has walkie talkie, please remember to bring, I will provide battery for the walkies.
10. NO fast and furious driving, once the students step into your cars, they are your responsibilities, please take good care of them.
Collection of foods and goodie bags
11. Proceed to the CC, there is a collection booth and another round of briefing. You will see our dear fellow member Ben aka Bmer at the booth. He will give you a bottle of mineral water, not beer ok.. haha..
12. Some households are within walking distance, some are not. I will let the drivers decide whether you want to walk or drive there. Whether you want to carry all goodie bags with you and do it at one go, or come back for another round. All up to the drivers to decide and tell the students what to do.
13. If you face a situation that no one is at home, move on. You can choose to go back again after visiting another household or bring the goodie bags back to the collection booth.
14. After all the visits, please proceed back to the CC. Lunch will be provided for all the volunteers and we will do the debrief. We expect the event to end somewhere around 3pm. Students will go back by themselves.
Things to take note
15. Dress code is white top and any bottom. You can wear berm if u want.
16. Empty your car boot to put foods and goodie bags if u plan to drive to the blocks.
17. Media will be around, if a camera happens to shoot at you, just give them a warm smile.
18. Lastly, this event is called “Bring A Hope”, organized by a group of volunteers to show some care and concern to the less fortunate people living in Boon Lay Constituency.
Last but not least, those who confirmed, please do not tua me. If you really can't make it at the very last minute, please give me a call the night before so that i can do the change. Thanks.
