Cost to do a top and bottom overhaul

Hi Guys,
Does anyone know approx how much to do a top bottom overhaul on a regulart 6 cyclinder engine?

The con rod would be inspected, piston rings changed, con rod bearings replaced, valve seal all changed.

Yes boss! To be precise, not new engine lah ... used engine! haha ... new engine won't cost that low .... a 3 litre can be had for around that price. Actually must budget up to $5k for one with a reasonable mileage lah. But gotta budget in freight and GST cost as well so its likely up to $6k (less if you can negotiate the engine for less than $4g). Even that, gotta budget for ECU, labour and etc ... all these will cost another $2-3k. Must really set aside up to $9-10k to be on the safe side.
