Yes, I agree that it is indeed.
LTA should consider showing this video to all who have just passed their driving test.
Bring them all to an AVA room, run this video and then give them their licence.
What they see will hopefully remain in them, before they run out to purchase their TypeRs, WRXs and SSS.

Fully agree with everyone....now....who can do it?
I mean, let TP know that this is a good vid to show EVERYONE!
Not just people who just passed their driving test, errant drivers etc etc......

I'm learning that driving at sensible speeds is enjoyable. Well-engineered cars don't need to be driven at dangerous speeds in order to get a kick.
When other cars zoom by at manical speeds, there's no need to prove that I am as much of a maniac.

It was a "wake-up call" video is what I would call it. Very good and really makes you think twice abt speeding after watching it.
Just wanna share an incident that happened to me about 2 weeks back along the PIE towards Jurong just after the Kallang exit. 14 Jul to be exact. Was on way to hospital as my wife was gonna deliver that day. Was driving on the extreme right lane at 70km/h when suddenly a trailer in the middle lane swerved into my lane next to me. I e-braked and thankfully managed to avoid being hit by the trailer and stopped just behind the trailer. When I reversed the car slightly to get out to check, noticed a body being pinned under the trailers left rear wheels, and a motocycle and helmet with bloody remains scattered all on the road. This case was reported on the ST on wed.
Well....such incidents make u take stock of life and I am always within the speed limit now....life is too short and precious to indulge in speed thrills on public roads i guess.
