Don't know which idiot driver

I was parking at the Circular Road and my bumper kena hit by don't know which idiot driver, my car plate was broken...
I guess most likely this idiot was reversing his car and bang on my bumper..

Why are there such idiot driver...drunk or what... and now i have to change my car plate...

Any idea whether i can go back to PML and get it replaced within hours?

Sorry PML will not entertain your request with out you forking out $$$. They will consider this no fault of theirs and will charge you for parts and labour.

Your sales exec on the other hand may have some compassion and get you the plate for free. Speak to them first.

I had mine dented pretty much the same way But i didn't even know where it was done

Very painful cos car was still so new.. only abt 6 months. Ended up getting a new bumper altogether which now doesn't match the rest of the car *sigh* everyone calls it the snowplough

Mine was worst than you, I had to send my car for respray on front bumper and I remember it was a few days before CNY. Such is life though ... I suspect sometimes the driver does not even know they have hit another car while reversing

do u guys believe bad things happen in 3s to car? i once parked into a chain...drove out n chain pulled my rear bumper off! 1 week later...car overheated n i act smart...poured water into engine instead of radiator.....3 days after repair..some guy glued my door locks.

another time i had a cracked windshield, cracked number plate n door dent all in 2 days.

PML usually gets Euro-Plate to do it.
Euro-Plate's contact is 62356728, located at 234 River Valley Road.
I think it cost about $30 a set, but not sure whether they charge the same for walk-ins.
If they charge more, ask your sales rep for help lor.
They should be able to do it within the day. Give them a call lah.

TOTALLY AGREED!!

This is exactly what happened to my car.....

scratches at the side front bumper, now car plate cracked.. all within 1 week... This morning when i looked closely to the bumper... and found out that there is a slight dent.... really nothing I can say and do... **heart broken**

Well, what i can do is to avoid those parallel parking at the crowded places in the future... and i think i better don't drive for these few days... to avoid the third one to happen... **sigh**

thats really bad !!! do u use flower to shower not and wash the car too ??? chinese believe shower with flower (after pray) can "buang suay"

Yup, still $30. Juz have to call in advance and make sure give correct plate no. They will prepare the plate within half a day. Ther when ready, juz drive there and get it fixed. Parking there is a pain though.

Changed and Done !!

Initially they told me $48, but still manage to get it fixed at $30.. now car plate swee swee again..

U are very lucky already, I had a similiar mishap recently; and my fender had to send for knocking and respray!

I am not upset about the number plate...
just imagine when u collect ur car and you see ur car plate cracked and bumper dented, what will be ur first reaction?
well... I do count myself lucky, but i am sure nobody would like to have such thing happens to them in any way...ya..

Care to explain why is it that BMW drivers have to accept it's ok when someone else damages your number plate? Just because we drive a BMW? Just because you feel it's relatively inexpensive to replace them?

Dun think this is a fair comment.

Babe was clearly distraught from the damage, not as much as the costs involved. Now that's car pride from a car lover / owner - makes no difference if you are driving a Proton or a Porsche. The issue of affordability should never have been brought up.

It doesn't matter what kind of car a person drives. Doesn't mean that if I drive an expensive car, I can afford to have it damaged.

Are you driving a bimmer yourself bro? I assume you are. How would you feel if it was your car that was damaged instead??
