Good morning guys, my 520 have this problem of not able to lock as it says the door is not closed but I already have it closed. When this problem starts you can’t even drive. Anyone occur this problem?

It happens once in awhile.
Are you able to manually/electronically lock and unlock it ? If so the lock mechanism is working and its a door sensor thats the issue. If the door won't lock electronically or manually then its a latch issue leading to the sensor.
Nothing anyone here can do about it other then advise you to bring to a workshop and have them look at it and decide from there.
If the door latch assembly is the cause you can buy the parts and self install like what I did. 30 min job simple tools required and flashlight and some patience.
