Door trim issue (520i E39)

Hi Guys, too many DIY's done on my doors before I bought it, anyone know who I can go to for replacing the door trim (maybe around the whole car)?...

Propel, Eng Soon or Golden Link. It is very hard to find those door trim nowaday. The last time my door kena bang, it takes the workshop close to 2wks to find it.
