Asking help on behalf of a friend.

What is the procedure to obtain a class 3 driving license? Her license was revoked for 3 years.

What is the shortest way? Her idea is :
1) Book for the basic theory, pass and proceed to the final. (skip courses by driving centres)
2) Book for a test date.
3) Look for a instructor for a refresher course? (becoz she knows how to drive)

i think there is a dips course for drivers like her.
by the way, knowing how to drive and knowing how to drive SAFELY and according to tp law are 2 different thing.
she will need to clock the required hours.
for more info, i think she can either ask tp hq @ paya lebar or any driving centre, just asking....no need to commit to them for the courses yet.
sorry if i sound harsh but there's no shortcuts to getting back the licence....gotta go thru all the necessary stuff to qualify for it unless she can find some lobang

haha You sure she knows how to drive? her license was revoked for 3 yrs!

I guess she may have to go thru the etire procedure just like before she get her license.
but maybe less the driving lessons, or refresher course? Like what sszone mentioned to check with TP HQ
