check with south east tyres, they tend to have a reasonabe stock of original bmw rims.

I have helped a friend to sell his 520i Stock 16" Rims with tyres. Managed to sell at S$380 after almost 2 months

If I were to pay for a set w/o tires (as a set of 4):

16 in , < 400 bux
17 in, 400 to 600 bux
18 in, 650 to 900 depending if one piece or two piece rims.

Think about it, how much the prices of the new ones for each size above.
It's defnitely a small fraction of the new cost so I think it's quite reasonable to pay for those amounts. As a seller , it sucks but as a buyer, don't squeeze the seller to much. It's a damn good deal already. How much can u lose next time u sell em again? Prob max 50 pct loss assuming the conditions are still decent.
