E60 LCI no audio

hi my 2009 E60 LCI suddenly the audio is not working.only static noise can be heard, CD and Radio seems to be on but no sound could be heard. even the alarm or warning tone cannot be heard. anyone here experience such thingy? would appreciate some help to sort it out.

Becareful, it could be the battery dying out. It is a sign of low voltage from battery, it will shut off the non-critical items first. Had quite a few post on it few years back. Have a check on it at the same time. Cheers

thanks bro, but i just changed my battery recently and also this happened after i send my car for a car wash...now is intermittently, i suspect could be due to water lor. sianzzzzzz
