Hi All. Recently, my professional went black, refusing to turn on. I was told that it is the blank-screen-of-death. It all started with intermittent on/off and finally never turning on.

I am wondering if any one has a similar experience and solution. Thank you.

My screen still works but it intermittently goes silent and comes back on and off. Now it's gone quiet altogether for the past two days. Bluetooth still connects and the other party can hear me.

Anyone has any ideas?
