E90 FRM Module problems

Hi Bros,

Just got a second hand 320I e90 Lci and realised that the doors keep locking and unlocking, power windows does not initialize. Did a diagnosis at workshop and was told the FRM is dead, was wondering if anyone had similar problems before?

Anyone scrapping car and would like to sell me used parts?

LCI will only matter from the cosmetic perspective. He is looking for FRM which should be consistent across all pre-LCI and LCI versions.

Pre- LCI cannot be used on LCI models...wanted to get from scrap yard but was told cannot use. no choice changed to a new one and it went dead the moment diagnostics plugged in.

Maybe you are not wrong, it could be because of the year it’s produced. Mine is 2010.

Anyway the pre LCIs can be used for the LCIs and vice versa. Just need some coding ...
