***E92 Owners*** Updates for i-Drive and Rolling Fenders

Hi Guys,

Met up with Sam yesterday for a short drink and Sam realised some differences between his one and mine. Just for other E92 owners, you can compare against mine to press PML for their progman update. i am not sure what version i am on but apprarently, its a newer version than Sam's so far. This can be differented by the color in the Menus and while in the Entertainment Menu.

Also, went to Ah Lye today to roll my fenders and now i have 0 rubbing even on bad dips. I have attached 2 pics below to show the difference after rolling. The stock e92 rear fenders can roll alot and i was surprised how much it was rolled. Look at how the fender curves in as it goes up. Ah Lye also pushed in the rubber on the wheel wall as apparently that was the one that was the cause of my rubbing not the fender itself. A required MOD for those who plan to go for aggressive offsets. My rears offet for the rims is 25 while stock is 30 so i reckon its not that much off after all.

Now just gotta wait for muy KWs to drop the sucka.

As for the rest of the peeps who are wondering what's the difference in the idrive, look at your radio station settings, where the stations are being shown. If its BROWN, its OLD, if its GREY, its NEW! Simple. Function-wise, Omar and I haven't had a chance to compare.

Now that we have started to see 335 owners happily collecting their cars, and driven. How many 335 owners feel that yr power is more than fxxxxxx sufficient or how many feel u definitely need to do an ECU chipping to yr babe drive like an M5. Has anyone actually chipped yr ECU or have ordered a chip and expected to arrive soon, esp E###R####I

Power is sufficient... for a while! Its the same feeling when u go from a lesser-powered car to a car that is 306bhp! It doesn't need a lot of pedal mashing to overtake cars and its a joy to drive!
