E93 325 engine capacity.

hey guys just wondering if the engine capacity of the e93 325 convertible is 3 litres or 2.5 litres?

Im getting quite confusing information from pml's website and magazines.Could someone enlighten me?thanks in advance.

I think the confusion stemmed from the fact that the US' 325s (325i and 325d) are said to be running on the 3-litre engine. Best way to tell from SE - what's the road-tax payable? You can tell if it is to be a 2.5-litre block or a de-tuned 3-litre block.

my suspicion is that they wont bring in 170 hp E92 but will probably do for the 170 hp E90; i.e. 320 E90 will remain the entry level for bimmers
