E93 engine light - help

3.25 conv export set, 22k km less than 2 yrs.

1-2 months back car engine has sharp sound (like cricket noise), but subtle.

Today, engine (yellow) light came on - slight vibrations when car stopped at light.

Leaving it overnight - but quite worried presently.

Any advice ?
