hi i hope someone could help me with the email address to give a feedback in PML. I actually pretty disappointed with the ineffeciency of the sale chap thru whom i bght my car....well basically i want to complaint abt his poor attitude and service.

Bro, why dun see his Boss face to face at PML to complian? In the same time ask the CB kia sales rep to be in the meeting too. On the spot, infrt of his Boss ,whack him jialat jialat.. and in the same time oso ask the boss what he wants to do abt it.

If u send them an email, how long they take to reply and whether will they reply is a ?? ...

escalate to the fellow's boss... usually works for me just by going one level up... email to me is for info only... talk is bigger...
