Hi everyone,
Sent my car for a head gasket overhaul due to overheating. After the workshop finished fixing the head gasket, they found that the engine block mount threads was damaged and told me that they have to send to machinist to rethread. Price is $110 per hole and there are 14 holes! I'm just wondering if this is the cost for rethreading. Does anyone know any machinist to recommend that I can go direct?
