Euphony Gardens, any feedback?

Hi Guys,

Any one stays at Euphony Gardens?

Friend looking at a property there, any positive/negative feedbacks on the place?

They are asking for about $606 psf, any good on this?

it is a level one patio unit, with good view of the pool.......pretty nice.

any thoughts?

Price appreciation wise, very limited. Should consider the location factors, the unit facing the main road?

$606 is a good figure, but u should also consider the space allocated to the patio, which would not be drawing the same psf as livable space, do the maths.

Down the road, there are a couple more properties that he or she can consider. Nearer to semb sc.
