F10 steering columb adjustment switch not working.

Hello bimmer fellows,

This morning my F10 steering wheel stuck at top position. Toggled the switch and it won't move at all. Motor was silence too.

Anyone has know what could be the cause???

This is a long shot but is there any change on the steering column when you press and hold on to the seat preset buttons?

Nope...worse still I can't start my car now. Pressed the ignition button, all lighted up with no errors...but when pushed to start, no sound and all lights went off.
