F10 Steering Noise

Hi all

My 2012 F10 has “rubbing noise” when I travel at Low speed in turning.
Any suggestion what this could be? There is no jerking or vibration but just plain slight rubbing noise like wooden door hinge squeak when I turn the wheel.

can still drive for sure.....but is better to consult your workshop ( just in-case is not steering rack issue )
