Keen, but can anyone provide some advice?

* Can this fit 4-cyl 3 series? Mine's a 318 valetronic.
* Any clearance issue with rims. I am using BMW alloy 89, 8J x 17, offset ET 47
* Currently using Sach sports suspension. Any compatibility issue if I choose to keep the springs?

yes bro,it will ANY E46, as long it's a E46, then no problem. No known or heard of any clearance before and there will no compatibility issue if you choose to use SACHS springs! :D So no worries bro!!

But isn't there weight differences between the 4 pots and 6 pots? That is gonna affect how high or low the car is eventually gonna sit?

Not too knowledgeable about suspension, but do have concern that shocks for 4 cyl vs. 6 cyl do have important differences, particularly on safety. E.g. Sach has different suspension set for 4 and 6 cyl, right? In this case, does the damper adjustment (i.e. hardness / softness) mean that it will fit all E46 make?

Anyone experienced forumers care to enlighten? thanks a mil.
