I apologize if in my over-zealousness, I inadvertently made contact with any opposite players...

FWIW, there was never any malice-laced roughness intended. Will try to be more aware in future sessions.

nah. bit frus at that moment but...dun think i wud hv done much even if i had the ball.

but i think people shud stop flying into every tackle with 2 feet plus body weight. u gonna hurt others n yourself.

I think it was clear there was no malice. Just needed to learn how to hold back the tackles and the body checks. At times, it is easy to tell of intentions, but generally, rule of thumb is frequencies of occurrence. Just control that.
