All, I want to share with you how disgusted I am with some people. I know these things are given away FOC, but there are some scumbags out there who will ask to hold/ reserve for them but they never call/ sms to collect. Like that, other people who needs them do not get them.

I reserved the spring set for somebody whose mobile phone is -number requested to be removed by affected member (posted by Ryan) - . He delayed after delays and as of today, he still has no decency to tell me if he had changed his mind. At least if he said so I can give to another person. But no. He did not and he is nothing more to me than a cheapo and a kiasu. We have all sorts of people driving BMW now...

Could be a person who wants it and don't know when able to collect while does not want others to have it... for benefit of doubt, take it as a person who has forgotten. No $ lost to learn of a "bad egg", no harm yea. Also agree that some individuals take it as "god given it is their right w/o realising it is FOC and there's no obligation from the giver".

Out of Goodwill, reservation can be entertained but do make it clear there's a limit it as... max 1 week (IMO). Afterall, there's no obligation from the giver of the FOC item(s).

I remembered I did give FOC stuff i.e. just a pair of Formula Drift ticket. I did state no reservation and it will go to the person who can meet me to my convienence. The person did arrange to meet me at my convienence of place and time to get the item.

Pengful, I have apologied to you and mentioned was my mistake when u SMS me this morning. I replied my reason was due to my work committment. Hope u can understand.

I tell you... I steady one. Whoever contacts me first gets the reservation and I will contact the second person ifthe first backs out for whatever reasons. I think if we operate in a "GENTLEMEN" way, it will be fair to everyone.

You may be right. Things free easy to forget and take for granted. Anyway, I have given to the second person in line and I am happy that it will help him in some ways.
