This afternoon, I was passing by Sime Darby when I decided to drive in to replace my wiper blades - no appt.
I was served by a CSA Mr Koh (cant remember his full name).
He was cheerful, helpful and told me not to replace my blades as there was no problem at all.
I took the chance to pepper him with plenty of questions, and he patiently answered each of them even though he was extremely busy.
One of my better experiences at PML.
Keep it up Mr Koh!
