H&R lower spring or KW coilover

Hi all, I driving a f 30 and on 18" wheel. Need advice if lower spring or coilover is better?
Just want the lower look .....any idea is use spring what the gap ? Thank

Good springs will indicate how much lowering they provide. But the stock absorbers will wear faster. “Coilovers” allow you to set the height and even damping you prefer, for much more $

Coilover is the way to go.....unless you are getting a set of suspension that comes with the matching set of lowering spring else you are just mixing and matching the two and not too sure if they will drive well. ....probably can try try if you are ok with it ( why not )

Commercially by far - KW best else you can look into some Taiwan brand coilover..

I thought bilstein has more “cred”. But KW v1 is reasonably priced.
