Hi pengful, I am currently using the GDR35. Picture quality wise is quite good. Can see car number plates. Only problem I encounter is that it likes to record events whenever I take a turn too fast or go over very bumpy roads. Guess the g-force detector is quite sensitive. Have yet to check out the picture quality at night though.

Once they detect the g-force in any directions exceeding a certain amount, they will record it as a locked event. Locked events will not be deleted by the recording. In case your memory card runs out of space, these locked events will not be recorded over.

Has anyone tried the Garmin GDR35?
Bought this during recent IT show and I find one it's pretty good and easy to use - almost plug and play. I turned off the G-Force thingy and manually pressed the lock button I feel an event is "interesting". The night video is pretty good as well.
