Hello agian and HELP!!!!!

Hello everyone, the meet up was great and to those cool 530i owners.. cool! Anyway... am back overseas and need help again this time not for the 530i but for the e39 M5 (12/2001).... have decided against super charging the car and decided to upgrade to an E39 M5. Nice car and all, but i feel i want to upgrade it a bit more and have no clue what i should prioritise.

here is what i am thinking of doing:
1. Tubi Rumour Exhaust from www.beastpower.com
2. AC Schnitzer Short Shift (will the shift knob still light up?)
3. Rogue Engineering shift rod (i think that is what you call it)
4. GruppeM air intake (thanks to the 530i i saw, nice carbon fiber...)
5. Brakes? what is good?
6. I.C.E. (speakers to complement the DSP)
7. Front Strut bar? which brand?

I am more concerned with having a good handling car then audio system.. hey with a nice engine sound, why listen to CDs right?

Any ideas guys?
