Switching out from a Volvo to a BMW and was eyeing the F10 LCI 528i. Wanted to get to know the community and ask a couple of questions.
Firstly, why BMW? Well I've driven a volvo, a merc, a lexus and an audi. So the only marque left is BMW. Test drove it at PML, it was a nice ride.
Starting to like the N20 engine. 4 cylinder turbo charged pushing out 245hp. Economy and power. Even though it doesn't sound great, it fulfills my check list. Smaller engine, bigger power, how not to say no!
Am torn between getting it from PML or a parallel importer. I've heard not so great things about PML before, I'm not sure if they have improved their service or started to take care of their customers better. There is a substantial price difference though. Based on figures as well, the parallel importers bring in better specced cars than PML. So...any comments about this?
Anyway I'm just glad to be joining the group here, hope to learn a lot from you guys!
