Re: helmet

This time Rodney is 100% correct......totoseow's head has no much brains but full of seow......so now we can call totoseow cockhead or LJ tao?

Re: helmet

Try get one which shape does not disallow the use of a HANS device. It's not a bad idea to consider it. Save a lot of neckache and physiotherapy if the undesired happens.

Shop Online

Re: helmet

Okay lah cockhead.....for helmet you try to get the brand "bell" or "shoei" (paiseh these are the brands I know during my chieong days) and the same time buy yourself sidi racing boots

Re: helmet

Like Kenn said go find 'ah boy' shop's for helmets, make sure u tell him its for car usage. He wont have much choice tho, i got the shoei one from him, model is "wavern' i think, light and good/tight fit - u sure like it but not much colours to choose. cost 500 bucks to save yr puny brains ! :nehnehhh: else u can paste stickers like good ol days ! hehe

Re: helmet

bro.....ah boy at kelantan lane can oredi lah....no need expensive helmet....cheap cheap one can liao.........

Re: helmet

for safety, you may like to consider open faced ones. As there have been incidents that full face ones used in road cars equipped with steering airbags, when deployed have caused fractured jaws. in fact it has prompted FIA to issue a memo to warn against this eventuality.

Re: helmet

thanks guys...i prefer non full face actually...n something light....my neck is weak.

Re: helmet

Actually, shouldn't save money on a helmet. Car can buy new one, head crack, seow liao.Brain hard to put back.

Re: helmet

Invest in a good helmet if you are going to do more trackdays.

Since you are a cyclist, a good example when you buy a cheap helmet would be akin to straping on a hair net

Try to get the newer Snell 2005 standard helmets. It would be funny if you bought a new helmet only to be turned by track officials cuz its "old".

When buying helmet, please try the size first, I have the atypical asian round head and can only wear certain brand helmets, I have tried every single Bell, Simpson and Bieffe helmet, only Arais and Stand21s fit me.

Good luck with your hunt
