In Malaysia we see this happening everyday when traffic jam. It's normal. Sometimes even the TP allow cars to take this lane to reduce congestion.

Frankly, here are times in a jam I would use the road shoulder to exit left, but now scare scare.

It wasn't too long ago when a bus was travelling on the road shoulder and hit a recovery vehicle, killing the EMAS chap and crippling someone in the broken down car....

Driver of SDP9630R, theres a reason why we put the reflective stickers "EMERGENCY AMBULANCE" & "KEEP CLEAR" at the rear.
Dont assume that theres no rear camera when you cant see it".

on the other hand, imagine that the patient in the ambulance need emergency resuscitation and the crew is busy taking video with his camera....

Actually it's not the merc driver fault.

It's all the Road Hoggers ... When he cuts back onto the road, so much space ...

So should book the road hoggers...

But then again - driver is champion !

In Malaysia there is no such thing call road shoulder, everyone are free to use till TP catch.

In Singapore if you use road shoulder, you are in trouble. Stomp, FB, Tweeter...... and you are the hot topic.
