Interested to buy a BMW 118i 5DR 170bhp

I am interested to get the above mentioned car. The mileage is about 100k.

1.Would like to check what is the biggest repair item that u have paid for.

2. Does the 8 speed gearbox and clutch system have any known issues. I am currently driving a Volkswagen 1.4 TSI. So what can be worst.

3. What's the cost for changing timing belts and water pump and all that.

4. Avg consumption.

1. host, gasket,valve seal and right rear LED
2. no issue with gear box and clutch , shd last thru 10yrs
3. ask workshop
4. 12.5km/ltr spirited drive

Charged pipe, expansion tank, radiator.

My spirited can only achieve 8.5km/l. 12.5 is sedated driving

eco plus sedated can achieve 14-15. Sedated using v power can get 14-15.
