I am planing to get myself a set of KW V2 for my E90 320i 4cylinder.

Spoken to a workshop in woodlands Havest for a group buy price.

Details as below:-
Minimum Order: 5 sets
Price: $2900
(include installation n alignment)
Warranty: 2 years
Lead time: 2-3weeks
Deposit: $500 ( pay direct to workshop not me)

This is info I have at the moment. I will try answer ur question if any.
Pardon me as I never done a group buy before.

Please leave ur name n contact in this thread if you are keen. If there is more than 5 including myself. I will request the moderator for approval as official GB thread.

P.S : Some may ask on model like street comfort, V1 or V3 for other Bmw series. I can try check w the workshop but price varies.

Bro, I got my at 3.6k from A***v**.
Are the prices quoted by you local warranty or must send back to Germany for warranty?
Do you get one to one exchange if anything happen?

Just checked with the workshop. Yes, is 1 to 1 exchange.

hmm... if it is authorise dealer, they can do that for you. If 1 to 1 exchange is possible, that also means servicing of the coil should be possible?

However, it is weird if they are selling lower than the distributor if they are authorised dealer. I thought it is controlled price for KW in Singapore? maybe I am wrong...

anyway enjoy the sheer driving pleasure!

yes ac323. warranty does not follow car but rather follow the serial number on the coils. this is what was told to me from the seller.

I was told they are the authorize dealer. That the reason for the 1 to 1 during warranty.
Yes, now I realized they huge different on the pricing between authorized agent and also PI KW..

Really headache now..

If suay suay that gonna happen then my advise is - you be prepared to get another new set (other brand - at least for me) will make you feel better.

This I agree, warranty or no warranty is bullocks! Might as well save the money on the so-called price premium for a pseudo warranty. When the shocks leak (and for KW, 80% chance it will), see whether your workshop will do a straight-up 1-1 exchange or not. Even send back to agent and wait for the set to be repaired also takes forever. If anyone suay enough to kena leaking shocks, let us know if the workshop really does it because if so, pigs can fly...

no 1 to 1 warranty.....................not too sure if any workshop does keep stock for your model so can give you a 1 to 1 warranty.....

The workshop will do a warranty claim and wait for another 1 or 2 weeks for parts to come in.

Agree. Don't think workshop can keep the stock to do a on-the-spot 1 to 1 exchange.
