Interior room light for E46 318i and E46 320i

Is there any bros whose driving e46 318i had changed their interior front center and rear left and right room light to e46's 320i model ?
Cos I like the the e46 320i interior light that comes with crystal clear which is very bright that compare to our 318i which is dull and also the front center which had a individual reading lights.
I've managed to find a set but was advises to get it altered by wireman because of the different wire adapter and was afraid that error message might be appeared after doing it.
Advises needed.

the interior lights will not cause error message, even if the bulbs are fused.

you will need work on the wiring, otherwise the crystal lights will not light up.

you already have the crystal lights?

go to either bvo or j4c. don't know how much it cost though...
