Leakage of Power Steering Gear

Eyeing on a 2-yr plus PML ride. Warranty period is going to end very soon.
I gather that this ride has Power Steering Gear Leakage before, but the problem was fully rectified by PML with the whole steering gear being replaced.

Hi, Bros, is this a serious issue? May damage other parts & etc?

As PML warranty is going to finish soon, me want to rectify every possible problem with PML if I finally decide to buy this car.
