very chio agree. i looked closely at this plus several other separate ones, n they r consistent with one another. i'm inclined to think the real thing will not look too different
the 3-series is bmw's bread n butter, they cant afford to be too adventurous

have u seen some "spy" pics of the rear!! it makes an elephant ass look chio!! let me go find the pic...
But hopefully it shapes up nicely!

Cheers... and damn... can't find that ugly-ass ass of the 4-series...
the pics of the new rear show design very similar to that of the X3. it works very well for the X3, but i agree with u that it shouldnt be transplanted into the 3-series, which needs a hewn-from-solid look!
