Mobil 1 0w40 Engine Oil

I heard lots of gd comments on Mobil1 Gold 0W40 for F10 523.

I saw Giant selling at $11.90 per Quart but in Silver colour.

Are they any diffr between the Gold & silver packaging?

Gold should be advance all round protection , but silver already good enough to do the job for our engine cos meet BMW long life 01 or 04 requirement..

Of course Mobil-1 Platinium is ficticious.

Why do u wash yr own car when u can afford a BMW? Pls la....

Giant is selling a silver packaging, so just wondering it is the same 1 as Gold. Mayb change packaging or what?

using the best might not be the best option , it will depend on the spec of your car and driving habit .In general for local use almost all are ok .

just got a carlube 5-40 for $29.90 at NTUC JP!! 5L

plus free quickwax

Carlube engine oil after 7K mileage can change oil , that is my experience.

Carlube engine oil after 7K mileage can change oil , that is my experience.

i changed between 4-5k milage. so still ok lah.
