Hi,

I am selling the following:

1) Used GruppeM (Fits 330, however, 320 &325 can use rubber adaptor at no extra cost) Carbon Kevlar or Carbon Fibre (your choice) $600

2) E46 Steptronic Transmission (55k) w 330 Torque Converter(3months old) $xxxx (offer)

3) 3.46 diff for one to one exchange: 2.93, 3.07, 3.23, 3.38 ( a long shot)

Barry, 3.46 is my spare one sitting in my store room. I already have one in my car. My 1st & 2nd gear are ridiculously short but FAST! And for daily use? too neck breaking man... How, one to one swap?? You may get slightly better response with this diff. You put 1st, dont't like return me. Ask anyone, my policy on selling is you use first, no good, got return policy! Somemore pay later if not, no need to pay.( like your case) Oui, where's my lip????? :)

dont worry la, just jk about the lip. I know the Americans too well myself! Luckily for me, I am the victim of my own doings...
Those bunch of ang mo snails still owe me $3000+ worth of goods since Feb.

Thats why its not easy to become a middle man. And I also dont want to be one too! Some demanding local customers just do not understand (not their fault) how these 'talk alot' Americans can screw up your orders. Then who become Target board? We all know.... kkekekeke

I'm driving a pre-facelift 320i with steptronic (6cyl dbl vanos), will this diff fit my car? If so, I'll exchange with yours then. I'll drive down to BVO to get mine out of the car. What say you? ;)

Yo guys, don't fight la. haha. First of all, I would like to clarify that for those who drive 320i, this diff will not fit you UNLESS you have the 330/325 prop shaft and both rear drive axles to match the diff. Your existing 320 shafts will not fit, Sorry. And also, even if you have all 3 of those shafts, this will only slow your acceleration. 320 is using 3.91. Unless you wanna strengthen your rear diff, this diff is no good for 320 guys. 325 SMG guys, this too will not match your car.

also, i need this as a one to one exchange for 2.93, 3.07, 3.23 or 3.38. I think only Barry has it 3.38 not as much as I would desire a 3.07, but it will do.

Affirmative... but who asked you huh? The SMG can the 3.46 rear diff won't be happy together.
