Mouldy Smell From Aircon

once the aircon is turn on, the smell blow right onto the face....

will changing of the filter helps ?

It happens to my car now and then too, usually after a rainy night. It goes away by itself after running the car for awhile and the weather turns good.

Switching off the aircon to blast hot air may help a little to dry up the moisture and hopefully, some of the moulds along with it.

Works for me too...wind down windows, blast hot air for ten mins or so...smell diminishes...repeat if necessary...

Try changing the microfilter. It is not costly. Should help with the mould smell.
