Dear Holici,

You can collect the vouchers from our Service Centre at 30 Teban Gardens Crescent. And yes, you can ask a representative to collect on your behalf but it will be issued to the BMW owner specifically after he has registered as a Munich Automobiles Customer. His/her IC is required to confirm ownership and the vouchers will be issued with the owners IC number on the vouchers so it will not transferable. If you are already a current customer of Munich Automobiles, just inform them of your vehicle number plate and upon verification, the vouchers will be issued according the owners IC number. And thank you for being a BMW owner.
