Hi Guys, toying with the idea of selling my Coupe for a 4door next. Some of you guys may have seen it before. Anyhows, here are the summary of my Ride. It was rebuilt about a year plus ago. COE is until 2019 April.
6months Road Tax
25K Pumped in to rebuild the car about a year back. Here's a short list of summary about the stuff I've done with the car.
Engine/Drivetrain department:
16K Full engine rebuild with "go faster" parts added in.
Light-weight UUC flywheel with M5 hybrid clutch kit added.
Rear medium casing Differential upgraded from the small casing 318i with a shorter final drive ratio rebuilt with new gaskets and Timken bearings. rebuilt drive shaft ( thicker than stock)
UUC short shift gear stick with Original ZHP M3 gear knob.
New M3 Slave cylinder with braided clutch hose.
Chassis Department:
BC V1 coilovers well set up with hardrace rear camber arms. (very comfortable i kid you not)
Front and rear Subframe and Strut tower M3 Reinforcement plates welded in.
Front original BMW Motorsports X-brace.
Rear Strut bar.
Uprated Brake Disc and Pads, Steel Braided brake hoses.
17" CSL design Wheels with 1mth old Hankook S1EVO 225/45/17.
Interior:
Original M3 Vader Fabric seats and Door Panels.
Orginal M3 steering wheel.
New A/B/C pillar covers and rewrapped ceiling.
Decent Audio system
Car was resprayed about 9months ago. Not a completely perfect car and it won't suit everyone (clutch is heavy, drivetrain is not Lexus quiet) But it is a very spirited "old-school" 4-pot Banger which drives better when the speed piles on.
